2009 NBA Trade Deadline Recap
The 2009 NBA Season’s second half has started and another Trade Deadline has cruised on by. How about a recap?
This season’s deadline turned out to be pretty uneventful from a star standpoint, but a ton of low-end role players were delivered around in bunches. Teams were dumping salaries left and right in these unstable economic times while also looking to free up space for this offseason and of course, continue to position themselves for the 2010 free agent market of dreams.

Sacramento gets: Andres Nocioni, Drew Gooden, Cedric Simmons and Ike Diogu
Chicago gets: Brad Miller and John Salmons
The Larry Hughes 3-Way…
New York gets: Larry Hughes and Chris Wilcox
Chicago gets: Tim Thomas, Anthony Roberson and Jerome James
Oklahoma City gets: Malik Rose
The Rafer Alston 3-Way…
Orlando gets: Rafer Alston
Houston gets: Kyle Lowry and Brian Cook
Memphis gets: Future first-round pick
Kings and Wolves…
Sacramento gets: Rashad McCants and Calvin Booth
Minnesota gets: Sheldon Williams and Bobby Brown
Thunder and Hornets...
Oklahoma City gets: Tyson Chandler
