Blazers Take Down Clippers 87-75

There isn't a whole lot you can take away from this game, partly since none of us could watch the damn thing, but the other reason being the lack of talent actually playing for the Clippers in the pre-season.  Baron Davis and Marcus Camby have been catching plenty of splinters these 7 games, Tim Thomas has been nonexistent (not surprising!), and even Ricky Davis has taken some time off, including tonight.

So when we look for positives, you can't necessarily say the win is big, but you can say that some of the performances of some of the young guns on the team were.  Oden dropped his first double-double, Bayless seemed to finally wake the hell up, Rudy had another solid all-around game, and Outlaw pulled out some late 4th quarter magic once again.

There is just one pre-season game left in Utah, and I couldn't be happier.  Let's get this season really rolling.

Here is the box score from last night.

About This Blog

This Portland Trail Blazers blog definitely isn't your basic "recap/report the news" kind of blog. We tend to lean a little to the sporadic and unsystematic side of this young and sexy basketball team. Oh, and you'll definitely see a lot of Blazer Dancer action around here, so bring your bucket of ice.
