Darius Miles - Stuffs Himself, Blazer Fans Rejoice

There is nothing like a break away dunk to get your game flowing after screwing the Portland Trail Blazers over.  Well sort of...thanks for this gift right back to us big guy!

Oh and here is his first bucket in almost 2 years.  Little shaky?  Wobbly?  Just go away D.

dude put up double-digits. rusty, sure, but actually helped them out last night... Mayo sure wasn't getting it done.

He did play decent, but he also looked really old and crinkly at times. Like the cross over where he tripped over his own feet and caused a domino effect in the lane.

Miles screwed Portland over?

NBA fans can laugh at Portland now but in a year we'll all be saying "told you so NBA" while Kevin Pritchard works over another team during the draft.

13 points in 14 minutes. That's better than Oden.

Only if you are the type that believes points are the only important stat.

Other than the 2 fadeaways he hit, he was pretty bad last night. Stumbling, tripping, stuffing himself, and performing a lot of awkward looking layups.

Tonya Harding still lives in Portland right? Somebody get her a ticket to Memphis ASAP.

I assume you're looking forward to the Cavs' west coast trip, yes?

I don't think anyone is looking forward to the Cavs this year. :(

13 points in 12 minutes against the best team in the league in his first real opportunity in 3 years? Obviously the injury was not career ending. I bet he would have gotten an opportunity to show that a lot sooner if KP wasn't badmouthing Miles to all the NBA teams and leaking information about his drug test. I love the Blazers but KP's actions were despicable.

About This Blog

This Portland Trail Blazers blog definitely isn't your basic "recap/report the news" kind of blog. We tend to lean a little to the sporadic and unsystematic side of this young and sexy basketball team. Oh, and you'll definitely see a lot of Blazer Dancer action around here, so bring your bucket of ice.
