15 Thoughts vs. Los Angeles (Lakers) 1/4
Oh how things have changed since that opening night disaster! Although, they could be just as ugly with Brandon Roy sitting comfortably on his own couch back in Portland. When the Trail Blazers take on the Los Angeles Lakers this evening, just think about the future. This will not be a time to think about another upset like we saw on Tuesday night, but likely a performance equal to that of Friday's. I apologize for the Debbie Downer attitude, but with the way things have gone over the past couple of weeks, and now with Brandon out for at least a week, it's pretty hard to stay positive.

I hate that we don't have Roy for this game.
I do too. It's going to be one ugly week that's for sure.
Just as regards #12, LaMarcus has been playing very good defense. He gets alot of deflections and even some steals. So that is one area where he is definitely improving.
I agree somewhat. As a weak side defender, he makes a lot of tips and even blocks and can make an impact. But as a 1-on-1 defender he needs to improve soon. Opposing PF's have been tearing the Blazers a new one for a while now.
